Pierantonio is 42 years old, he has been managing construction companies since 2005, he founded Edificanda in 2013.
Owns and manages several real estate companies, participates in business owner projects in the world of food and e-commerce.
He is currently President of the Association of Construction Builders (ANCE) in the Province of Latina.
Graduated from “Istituto Tecnico Superiore per Geometri A. Sani” in 1984. Registered at “Ordine dei Geometri della Provincia di Latina” from 1994. Over thirty years experience in the technical direction of construction sites in public tenders. Coordinator for safety planning in various public tenders. He obtained the qualification of Safety Coordinator in the design and execution phase pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008. Qualified for the energy certification of buildings pursuant to Legislative Decree 75/2013. Technical director of Edificanda since 2015.

After graduating as Industrial Technician, Chief Technician specializing in Electrotechnics and Automation at the IT IS "Galileo Galilei" in Latina in 1992/93 and after obtaining the specialization as a Designer of Technical Area at the C.R.F.P. Latina Electric Industry in 1995/96. He has been working professionally at EDIFICANDA SRL since September 2018, as a Design Engineer for Electrical and Special Systems, Fire Detection and Photovoltaic Systems. Experience gained since 1998 at Multidisciplinary Companies offering services in planning, design and construction of electrical and special systems in the industrial and residential service sector.

Graduated in Architecture since March 2017 after complete the one-cycle Master's Degree Program at Sapienza University, Rome's First Faculty. In the period just after my graduation, I joined a university working group as design collaborator for research and development of design competition’s works, I’ve also served as training assistant for realization and revision of the projects developed by the new graduates. In August 2018 I obtained the certification of Revit BIM Manager issued by Autodesk while in October 2018 I passed the qualification exam to practice the profession of Architect.
