ISO 9001
The acronym ISO 9000 identifies a series of regulations and guidelines developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO - International Organization for Standardization) which define the requirements for the implementation within an organization of a management system of the quality, in order to conduct business processes, improve the effectiveness and efficiency and in the realization of the product and in the provision of the service, obtaining and increasing customer satisfaction.

ISO 14001
The acronym ISO 14001 identifies an environmental management standard (EMS) that establishes the requirements of an «environmental management system» of any organization and is part of the ISO 14000 series developed by "ISO / TC 207". The standard can be used for certification, for a self-declaration or simply as a guideline for establishing, implementing and improving an environmental management system.

ISO 45001
The UNI ISO 45001 standard of 2018 "Occupational health and safety management systems - Requirements and guidance for use" is the first international standard to define minimum standards of good practice for the protection of workers worldwide. It establishes a framework to improve safety, reduce risks in the workplace and improve the health and well-being of workers, thus allowing to increase health and safety performance for any organization that chooses to certify the management system under accreditation.

LEGALITY RATING
The Legality Rating is a new tool introduced in 2012 for Italian companies, aimed at promoting and introducing principles of ethical behavior in the company, by assigning a judgment on compliance with the law by companies that have required fact and, more generally, on the degree of attention paid to the proper management of one's business.
